Passport Owl provides a browser-based passport photo maker. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit passport.owlutil.com and use the tool.

Photos you upload

The cropper processes your selected photo in your browser for positioning, export, and print-sheet preview. The current version of the tool does not send uploaded photos to a Passport Owl server as part of those features. Do not upload sensitive images on a shared or untrusted device.

Information you provide

If you contact us by email, we receive the information included in your message, such as your name, email address, and request. We use it to respond, maintain support records, and protect the service.

Service data

Our hosting providers may process limited technical information required to deliver the website, such as IP address, browser type, and server logs. We do not sell personal information or use uploaded photos for advertising.

Your choices
